The Farm & Forest Experience

Are you a teacher, scout leader, camp director, college professor, manager, or leader of an organization?  Are you looking for a fun and effective way to build leadership skills, group cohesion, and personal responsibility?

Come spend a day at VFFS and step into life on a Vermont farm — where outdoor learning leads to individual and group growth.

The Farm & Forest Experience is a day-long immersion workshop designed to deepen your group’s connection to and understanding of the natural world, food systems, and sustainability.

With programs tailored to children, teenagers, and adults, we provide hands-on experiential learning to help your students, campers, and employees connect to the natural landscape, develop leadership skills, and deepen their understanding of sustainability.

Through our unique outdoor program, your group will leave more connected to each other and the land, and ready to grow positive change.

Immerse your group on the farm and learn the ins and outs of Food Systems through hands-on experiences.
