Experience a culinary connection to the land, the food, and the community! 

Nate & Nina of Local Donut will share a 5-course family-style sit-down dinner under the open sky. 

Feast your senses with seasonal, farm-fresh delights including local Von Trapp cheeses, dry aged VT Salumi, sourdough bread, bubbly herbal elixirs to refresh your palate, colorful garden salads bursting with edible flowers, zucchini fritters, hand made pasta, grass fed beef, and decadent berry laden dessert.

VFFS Open House & Open Studio Weekend

9:00 am – 6:00 pm – Open Studio Tour with Josh Axelrod Photography  – This is Josh’s 20th Annual Studio Tour – feast your senses with a trip through the camera lens to far away and close by nature inspirations!

9:00 am – 6:00 pm – Farm & Art Store Opening

9:00 am – Noon: Mushroom Inoculation Workshop

Join Educator & Homesteader, Ryan Johns for a morning all about mushrooms. Learn about the elements and basics of mycology. We will dig into the how’s and why’s of mushrooms, timing for growth and how to get the maximum yields. We will also inoculate logs and each participant will take home one log for your home. Class is limited to 20 participant and is $25/person. All materials are included.
