    • Six live 45-minute sessions led by Jennifer Degen from Mind Body Awareness
    • A collaborative group environment for connection and learning.
    • Hands-on tools to implement mindful parenting practices
    • One 30 minute parent consultation.
  • Schedule:
    • Winter Session: Starts February 13, 2025 (Thursdays 5:00 PM–5:45 PM EST).
    • Taking February Break off and March 13 off.

    • Four 30-minute one-on-one consultations to deepen your understanding.
