  • Recognizing our inherent patterns and saboteurs and their influence on our parenting style.

Week 2: Building Personal Resilience and Overcoming Saboteurs

  • Tools and techniques for building personal resilience.
  • Identifying and overcoming internal saboteurs and the inner judge.
  • Self-reflection and non-judgmental self-awareness.

Week 3: Cultivating Mindfulness and Self-Command

  • The role of mindfulness in resilient parenting and how it aids self-command.
  • Mindfulness tools and practices for everyday life.
  • Techniques for strengthening self-command and quickly returning to a regulated state.

Week 4: Breaking the Chain: Overcoming Self-Limiting Patterns

  • Understanding the origins of our patterns and saboteurs.
  • Techniques for recognizing and overcoming self-limiting beliefs and behaviors.

Week 5: Resilience, Well-being, and Your Child

  • How to foster resilience and positive intelligence in your child.
  • The link between parental resilience, child resilience, and family well-being.

Week 6: Cultivating Contentment, Ease, and Vitality

  • Techniques for promoting family wellness and emotional health.
  • Ways to nurture contentment, ease, and vitality within your family.
