Option 1: Live Group Sessions (Seasonal Enrollment)

- Six live 45-minute sessions led by Jennifer Degen from Mind Body Awareness
- A collaborative group environment for connection and learning.
- Hands-on tools to implement mindful parenting practices
- One 30 minute parent consultation.
- Schedule:
- Winter Session: Starts February 13, 2025 (Thursdays 5:00 PM–5:45 PM EST).
- Taking February Break off and March 13 off.
- Investment:
- Single Payment: $397 per family.
- Payment Plan: 2 payments of $215 each.
Option 2: Self-Paced Learning – Individual Family Support
- What’s Included:
- Full access to the Connected Minds curriculum.
- Four 30-minute one-on-one consultations to deepen your understanding.
- Learn at your own pace, when it suits your busy schedule with weekly videos, and homework prompts
- Investment:
One-Time Payment: $497.
