Week 3: Cultivating Mindfulness and Self-Command
- The role of mindfulness in resilient parenting and how it aids self-command.

- Techniques for strengthening self-command and quickly returning to a regulated state.
Week 4: Breaking the Chain: Overcoming Self-Limiting Patterns
